Our family has taken our pets to this office for 30+ years. Our dog became very sick recently and needed to be seen in an emergency and the office refused to see her for an appointment. They told us to go to a walk in clinic instead. We found another vet who was compassionate and saw our dog immediately. She was diagnosed with severe bronchopneumonia. We feel very neglected and not cared for by Kimberly Pines. We will never be bringing any animals back here.

They are all about money our dog major needed intensive care and all they did was did blood work said he was dehydrated. We knew it was something more he is skin and bone. they wouldn't hear what we were saying. We went else where they dropped everything they were doing pushed another animals surgery aside. did an xray which you guys should of done but again all about the money. come to find out he had a chew tow lodged in his intestines one more day he it would have ruptured and killed him not to mention the dangerous meds ... read more

Today is the 2nd time I have called and needed my dog seen ASAP and was told they were full until Monday. I have switched vets and it’s a good thing I got my dog seen today she had an infected hot spot and needed it treated
