Was treated like shit from the moment I walked through the doors. My dog was euthanized and I had requested his ashes returned to me. I just picked the remains up and I am so pissed I am shaking. I got the ashes IN A PLASTIC ZIPLOK BAG. No warning. Not offered anything nice to put him. A plastic bag. No compassion. Anyone I have ever known in this situation got the remains back in a urn.
