I wouldn't ever go back !! Horrible , they don't explain the your pet's health problems very well . I felt rushed out like I was taking too much of there time ! They charge 20.00 dollar's more for senior dogs .and rushed out the door .I sat in the waiting room longer .than talking too the vet !! My dog was diagnosed with diabetes ketoacidosis . My bill 149.31 reading material ! And they never checked her sugar levels.the pharmacy asked if I new her sugar numbers so they can go over the medication .I am a first timer .I don't... read more

My mother's healthy cat, Riley, who had two good check-ups with them had a simple spay procedure done. Within five days her cat passed away. They would not allow us to speak with doctor who worked on her. Instead we could only speak to a doctor who never met Riley. This doctor said that I should just tell my mother that Riley passed from a heart attack since there is no way to know. Poor service, doctors who are cowards and office staff who is clueless.

Business response:

Hi Stephanie, thank you for allowing us to address your concerns. Please know we hold ourselves to the highest level of care for all of our pet clients. When we examined Riley, there were no signs of any underlying health issues. Unfortunately, pets are able to mask health concerns, which can go undetected, therefore we offer pre-surgical blood work as an option with every surgery. We know how difficult it is to lose a pet and want you to know that you and your mother are in our thoughts. If you have any questions, please do... read more

About the only thing this vet office has been good for is getting pets seen soon. Otherwise i have been dissatisfied with the vets practice since i started going here. The staff is clueless half the time and it seems they don't like to listen just give their "expert" advice. They love getting you in for more visits to charge you for wellness checks.

Business response:

Hello Clinton. We are sorry to hear that your visits with us have not been satisfactory to you. Our first priority has always been the health of your pets. A doctor will be in touch with you today to hopefully resolve your concerns and answer any further questions.

My cat had bladder stones and had surgery there. He was put on a PRESCRIPTION catfood by them. He ended up gaining weight really bad. When I took him for his yearly checkup so I could keep feeding him the vet chewed ME out and asked why "I" put him on that food! Duhhhh it wasn't me! I switched vets as he was gtting sick and severely losing weight. My new vet switched his food back. Needless to say I held my cat in my arms this weekend until he died. Kimberly Pines list many vet drs since they changed management...they only c... read more

Business response:

Gail, we are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our practice. Our number one priority is, and always has been, your pet’s well-being. We are saddened to hear about your loss and want you to know you are in our thoughts during this difficult time. When we last saw you in February of 2016, there were no concerns brought up and thus we were unable to address anything that may have been upsetting you. If you wish to discuss anything further, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Was treated like shit from the moment I walked through the doors. My dog was euthanized and I had requested his ashes returned to me. I just picked the remains up and I am so pissed I am shaking. I got the ashes IN A PLASTIC ZIPLOK BAG. No warning. Not offered anything nice to put him. A plastic bag. No compassion. Anyone I have ever known in this situation got the remains back in a urn. They didn't even say "Hey we can do that, but its going to he extra". STAY STAY STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. THERE IS OTHER VET CLIN... read more
