I absolutely loved living here! I really love the staff in the office. They are extremely nice and helpful. If I were to return to Fayetteville, I would 100% live here again.
I was set to move into Kings Cross in March of 2022. Once I arrived, there were MAJOR issues to the apartment. It wasn't properly cleaned, everything was majorly outdated as well as not presented as shown. Your office management returned my cashiers check for rent and security deposit. They stated verbally and via email by ARLENE that my application fee would be either debited back or returned via check in the mail in 4-6 weeks. It is now JULY 1st. Ac still not fixed and it has been over a week. Last year we went with no hot water from August to November.
This complex has been such a headache. I recently was charged a damage fee from m a leaky toilet and they lied saying I was charged because my pet chewed it. I don't own a pet lol. This is ludacris!
King’s Pointe is a TERRIBLE COMPLEX. My friends had their property vandalized and the property manager waited until the 24 hour loop on the security cameras was past the time that they needed to see. They had already had MAJOR issues with this complex being shady beforehand and now they are resisting complying with ANY request for evidence that the Police issue (for example they tried to refuse to hand over a list of residents).
