Main reason I applied to live here was because of the need of a gated community. Well, is not gated at all. Gates are always open, so anybody can easily drive-in. Been waiting for months for an available garage, not updates from staff, neither tracking your request for one at all. Get tons of email about "Parking policies", and how can "cars get towed" but such are not followed on. There's an "abandoned" SUV (I quote because it has NO Resident permit on it) that has been occupying a parking spot since I got here in December ... read more
The community was nice and peaceful, I got my apartment during a promotion period so I was paying a reasonable price for a 2 bedroom. Although the maintence crew was helpful there was always things falling apart in the apartment, A/C always had issues especially during the summer time, and the refrigerator broke down twice. The pools were well kept for the most part, the gym was always a disaster, for the longest there were shards of glass on the ground.
