the person who took the xray was touching my mouth, the films, my saliva, the mouse of the computer and the xray switch several times back and forth. cery dirty. keeps sniffling,like she has colds and cannot afford to have the time to blow her nose. the dental assistant who cleaned my teeth did do a very good job. did not fliss all my teeth or bridges, was distracted while cleaning my teeth. she kept lookung from side to side( the xray was at her back) . did not give me the complimentary toothpaste/toothbrush for new visits... read more

Had to wait twenty minutes for the dentist to come in for three fillings. Which I could hear her and the other girls in the room down the hall just talking and giggling while I sat waiting. By the time she came in my mouth wasn't numb anymore from the ointment. Ended up getting two other fillings I needed done also the same day because the dentist said she had time to do them. The woman who cleaned my teeth was friendly, but she kind of made me feel bad about my teeth. My gums bled a lot during the appointment and I told her I floss every day and use blue mouth wash in the morning and the purple at night, but it seemed like she didn't believe me. Said I shouldn't bleed this much then. I hate to complain, but I don't like to feel bad about my oral hygiene when I do all I can to maintain them.

By far the most painful cleaning I ever had. Been a customer for several years and I was satisfied of the service until today.
