First Time I had my Teeth cleaned by Taylor. I was very hesitant having a new person, Because I had a bad experience when I was younger with a very aggressive and hard scraping hygienist, not at this office. I will never allow that to happen to me again. SO Taylor was very gentle and kind she made me feel at ease and she didn't even hurt me once .......SO Kudos to Taylor. I highly recommend her if you want someone gentle. She also discovered a concern on a lower 2nd molar bridge that Dr. Krause agreed needs attention. So ... read more

Check-in as a new patient was painless; forms and information was concise and well presented. Imaging/X-Ray technician was very good, and again rapid and easy. Dental hygienist was very thorough and extremely diligent. Check-out was easy. Dentist was courteous, and made sure to offer suggestions and give opportunities for questions. Great all around experience as a new patient.
