Loved it is pushing it KDC!😀 No one enjoys getting their teeth scraped. However, I was completely satisfied. I want to say that I appreciate getting detailed explanations about the why and how of procedures involving my teeth; just telling me I need something does not make me a confident patient. I would like to compliment my hygienist today who thoroughly answered my questions as well as cleaning my teeth and letting me know how my teeth looked. Kudos.Â
I am disappointed initially because I specifically asked for Taylor and was brought to someone completely different for my cleaning! I would like to discuss...Â
Everyone was so nice and congenial. Karen has always been like a personal friend. Dr. Kozac was very sweet along with her assistant. The entire team always provides me with a pleasant experience..Â

I had a 9:10 appointment , a 10 and a 10:30 for my 3 children’s biannual cleaning- we didn’t arrive until 9:20 because of a car issue - but called to cancel the 9:10 - the staff worked to fit in all 3 appointments and we were actually done by 10;40! The kids were all comfortable and I left informed about how well they brush and what spots are in need of more attention!Â
Very professional. Answered all my questions. I was able to make an informative decision about which procedure was best for me. My one and only suggestion would be to never use a patient's chest as a tray for tools. Thank you for great care.Â
