I had a 9:10 appointment , a 10 and a 10:30 for my 3 children’s biannual cleaning- we didn’t arrive until 9:20 because of a car issue - but called to cancel the 9:10 - the staff worked to fit in all 3 appointments and we were actually done by 10;40! The kids were all comfortable and I left informed about how well they brush and what spots are in need of more attention!
Very professional. Answered all my questions. I was able to make an informative decision about which procedure was best for me. My one and only suggestion would be to never use a patient's chest as a tray for tools. Thank you for great care.
