Very through and professional office
Quick and efficient. Friendly, impressed that Tracy recommended to retake xray rather than relying on obscured image. Also she tooj the time to train xray tech of what needed to be seen.
Tracy is a wonderful hygienist as usual. (I always request her.) She is very personable and she does a good job of educating me about my gums without "scaring" me. I can't remember the name of the very patient lady who took my X-rays but she is always wonderful too. I have tori and it's not comfortable to take X-rays but she always makes sure that I'm not miserable. I was the last patient of the day, but they both kept the conversation going. My visits are always pleasant there.
My Dental Hygienist is Kathy & My Dentist is DR. Lydia Kossak D’Agostini, DDS. These two professionals are kind and compassionate. The best in providing dental care. I highly recommend them, and the rest of the staff at Knollwood Dental Care.
We have been with Knollwood for about 40 years, and have always been satisfied with your service. Karen is my hygienist, and she is very thorough, but gentle, and always pleasant.
I didn't have to wait too long to be seen, Ms. Taylor is amazing, and Dr. Williams was very informative. I always refer Knollwood to my friends and co-worker.
