The woman at the front counter was amazing as always, and the technician was extremely friendly and sweet.
Wait time. Everything else was perfect. I had my parents with me and we were there for 3 hours.
I have been going to Dr.Kresloff for over 35 years and now my children go to the same practice for their eyes.
Visiting this office is always a pleasant experience. The people are pleasant and friendly, and the service is of the highest quality.

Front desk reception area not confidential -- should not be able to hear other people's info or phone conversation -- these procedures need to be in the back area and ONLY a receptionist out front. Very noisy front area....not a relaxing atmosphere.
I was happy with the new tests for dry eye and the care given by the eye technician before the Dr came in.
The ladies in the office were very professional & pleasant.
Maybe more seating in the waiting area if possible.
