Saw Dr. Jasoni for the first time. She was extremely thorough and very professional. She explained every test that she did and went over the final outcome of my exam in detail.
Dr. Young is my doc and I am always extremely pleased with his thorough exams and with his great manner. He's always willing to answer my questions and never rushes me. Always a good experience.

Initial office visit. It was pretty much what I expected.
Have been going to see Dr. Goldstein for several years now and have always had superior service from the staff right up to the doctor.
I really enjoy Dr. Kresloff but the team he has around him is subpar. It seems as though they are rushing me out of the office. Speaking very fast, getting through their procedures as quickly as possible, which is nice at time when you have a busy day, but it's not comforting especially when you're dilated.
The wait on hold is way too long. I was told a moment and waited 4-5 minutes for someone to pick up. When I addressed it at my appointment the girl said you are understaffed. If I had known it would take that long I would have called back. Please let your customers know it will be a few minutes and not a moment. Many of us work from home now and can use that extra time.
