as always the staff were pleasant and explained everything
Everything was great-I arrived early and was taken back to my appointment early. I think your staff is wonderful, courteous, friendly and helpful, especially when explaining VSP benefits and what could work. I always recommend Kresloff & Young to anyone looking for an eye doctor-you are the best!
Great visit with Dr. Kresloff as usual. The young lady that took care of me before Dr Kresloff came in was wonderful. I think her name was Leslie.
I would like to see the wait time decrease. I waited about 25 minutes. I don't think I have ever been seen close to my appointment time.
Dr Richard has been examining me for years and now I also see Dr Michael as well. The examinations are always thorough and the results explained very clearly.I have total confidence in their expertise and highly recommend this office. It's also been convenient to have an optician in the same office. The staff is very helpful.

I am a longstanding patient and only need to come infrequently.This is more an observation than a complaint but I felt like I was more" rushed" this time in terms of physician time which I am sure has to do with medicine today and needing to keep up with the numbers. The sense of time urgency is pervasive now. It is a fact but like I said not a complaint.
Everything was great. I wouldn't change anything
I have referred friends to your office and they, like me, liked the experience. Dr. Goldstein and Dr. Young have been awesome. I just met Veronica (? - forgot her name) and found her to give excellent directions when advising how to proceed with the office routine. She was very specific and I prefer that type of instruction.
