If I didn't know better, I would have thought I was Kristi's only client. Not once did I have to wait any length of time for her directions and responses. From the first time I contacted Kristi to when we closed on the house, Kristi has been very responsive. I actually never expected to communicate with a loan officer at all. I didn't when we bought our first house. So, it was a pleasant surprise.
