As first time home buyers, we didn't have a clue about the process. Kristin made the experience so smooth and stress free. She or her team would respond immediately to any questions or concerns we had. A family member was purchasing a home at the same time but using a different company and had a terrible experience full of waiting, stress and confusion. It made me appreciate Kristin even more!

It's very simple...if you want/need a new mortgage or refi, call Kristin and her team. They are not only professional but courteous, fun, resourceful, and fast. Never did I doubt that either of my loans would be completed on time and at or below the numbers we expected. They make home buying fun!

Kristin was great to work with. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Even emailing me back after office hours. I was a first time home buyer so she had to explain a lot. She stayed patient and helpful throughout. I was able to get a fair rate and fees associated with the mortgage. Made the process very easy and I feel I was treated fairly throughout. I worked with Kristin on a refinance of my own home and the purchase of two investment properties. It's great that I don't have to call around anymore. We have purchased two homes and also refinanced our home with Kristin. She makes it so easy!! She responds immediately to all of my questions, and even suggests other ways to save time and money. Once, in a bind, Staci even offered to drive her laptop to me to access documents when my wi-fi wasn't working. I can't imagine using another mortgage lender. Kristin and her team made the home buying process easy from beginning to end. She was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, sent figures for a few different houses we liked during our search, and once we were under contract, the entire loan approval process was quick and painless. After struggling with a national mortgage company, we switched mid-purchase to Kristen, who was amazing. She was helpful, reassuring, waved our appraisal fee, and got us a terrific mortgage.
