We have worked with Kristin on two home loans now and she was very helpful and able to get the terms we needed on both and closed in less than 30 days.. We were getting VA loans on both and she managed all of the details required by the VA with ease. She was also very beneficial in helping my daughter obtain a home loan with less than desirable credit. She is very knowledgeable of the market and the requirements of various types of loans. I would highly recommend her.

As first time home buyers, we didn't have a clue about the process. Kristin made the experience so smooth and stress free. She or her team would respond immediately to any questions or concerns we had. A family member was purchasing a home at the same time but using a different company and had a terrible experience full of waiting, stress and confusion. It made me appreciate Kristin even more!
