If you're looking for a home in East TN, Kristin is the only name you need to know. She was prompt, courteous and above all FAST. We were in a situation where we needed to find a new home and relocate over 1000 miles in less than 30 days. Quite honestly I didn't think anyone could get it done. Kristin and her team at MIG are just flat out great. They were extremely patient with my endless stream of questions and they were so quick to respond every time I reached out for any reason. I've worked with other lenders in the past, but I'll be sticking with MIG for any home purchases that may be in my future. I've purchased a home working with Kristin and I've also refinanced through them, and both went perfectly. I'd highly recommend that you check these folks out.

Kristin was extremely courteous, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. She kept us informed and prepared. Her upbeat attitude helped make something as stressful as closing on our home a rather laid back and dare I say, fun experience. I would recommend her to anyone. Kristin and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They guided me through all the paper work and made sure nothing fell between the cracks.
