From day one, Kristy and her team were on point. Replies to questions were prompt. Communication was top notch at all times. I knew exactly what was going on the entire time my loan was being processed. They understood my various types of income and sent a documentation request that did not have to be updated or added to. They thought of Eve. Their work made it an effortless transaction. This is my second mortgage with Kristy and her team. I WILL definitely use them again!!!! Thank you!!!

Kristy, Joy and her team were a pleasure to work with! They promptly responded to any questions I had via email, if and when a call was warranted, they answered with cheerful and knowledgeable service. They were patient and explained things in detail upon request. I wish i didn't have to have my loan transfer to another company, but i trust that they are leaving me in good hands with my new loan servicer. I would certainly elect them again, when time comes for another property loan.
