I've found Guaranteed Rate always provides the best, no points rates which is only one reason I've used and recommended them more than once. Kyle's team also provide a low priced, quick and easy loan application and approval process. My refinanced closed in half the time of my original home purchase loan due to the technology added to the GR platform.

It’s my second mortgage with guaranteed rate and both times I experienced top notch knowledge and great customer service. Everybody is super prompt and I never once felt like I had to track anybody down for questions or answers. I had a lot of questions, and Kyle answered them all. I'm a lawyer and wanted to know all the details about everything rather than just trusting experts, and my concerns were 1) taken seriously, and 2) fully addressed at every step. We managed to do a 30 day close and nearly 1 year later I'm still a happy home owner.
