Never met the guy but worked extensively with his team. Takeaways: Pros -Friendly people -Creative, “can-do” attitude that allowed my situation the ability to buy a home -Fairly simple process Cons -The internal teams are Not on the same page for a lot of things. Examples: > We were supposed to close under the name of my trust. I didn’t find out until day of closing that title didn’t know and had to close under my name.
