Despite absurd demands by 21st Mortgage, Kyle really busted his ass to make sure that my loan closed on time with another mortgage company. 21st Mortgage sucks! Kyle is amazing!
There are lots of mistakes and issues that I had to go through during both of the transactions. I have been investing in Arizona real estate for the last 13 years. Never had to go through what I went through this time. I purchased 2 homes at the same time, so was thinking things would be prioritized. But unfortunately, that didn't happen. American Pacific mortgage goes above and beyond! Kyle and his team worked tirelessly to make sure that we had the best long for us. Kyle is very educated and up on what is available out there as far as mortgage loans go. He and his team definitely earned your trust and respect
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Kyle may know his stuff but he needs help on the customer service department. Kyle will tell you what you wanna hear. He will say one thing then later will say he never said anything. When it come to contacting him he starts out good but give it a week or two and that starts to fade away and soon he's unreachable. Worst mortgage experience ever. Zero stars.
I was very disappointed with Kyle and AP Mortgage. I felt like he never took ownership when something wasn't correct. I felt his communication was very poor. A few times he told me one thing on the phone and either didn't do it or did something different and I found out from someone else. I found out the first house I put in an offer on I lost because of what Kyle said and put for the finance section. I would not recommend AP Mortgage.
