The communication was horrible!!!!! It took me forever to get a CLEAR answer! I was given incorrect information on ways to pay for my down payment. I Do NOT recommend at all!!!! This almost ruined my first home buying experience, but the title place and realtor were AMAZING! This was awful awful awful!!!

Ok, there were times I would of rather talked to someone or be able to talk instead of leaving a message. And getting reply in a email Also, it would have been nice to have a timeline stating when things were due to be sent to you.
