The stay was okay. The light of the restroom was falling off. Tub paint was pilling off. I found two cockroaches in the room.

Conveniently centrally located with helpful staff! The restrooms didn’t have a vent in them. I had bugs and spiders in my room that appeared at night. You can tell the room was cleaned in a hurry, as there was still hair in the shower, vanity, and floor from the previous occupant. The rooms were not consistent either as mine was different and more appealing from my colleagues rooms. Parking was light and convenient for me to my room nearby. it was a very good stay all the family was very content with the stay. the pool was clean but it did have a lot of small bugs.idk maybe the weather? but it needs to be cleaned in the morning but it wasnt too bad. I liked the enviroment it was a very chill place to be.I liked the staff it was very friendly.

We would definitely stay again. . The pools and spa are great. Staff are friendly and really helpful. I had a good little walk into town but is a short Uber ride for anyone not wanting to walk that far.

Wonderful, Perfect Getaway The L3 Oasis was incredible! It was a beautiful property and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The pool area was beautiful, the rooms were modern, and the location was great!

Good Wifi didn't work. Main page told us to contact the office, which closed at 11pm. Coffee maker in the room didn't work. Bathroom fan didn't work or was disconnected. Bed was comfortable. Good shower pressure.
