the receptionist who checked us in is very charming we had to ask for pool towels and hair dryer and robes that were supposed to be in the room the jacuzzi and cabanas

Great location. Walking distance to Old Las Palmas and coffee shops. Spacious room. My only criticism is the misleading photo in the booking.com listing wasn't actually our room? Not sure. Ours was quite dark, being I think, north facing? The fridge was quite loud and would go on and off in the night. The location was perfect. We were up and out early doors to walk around Palm Springs. Totally recommended for a stay with family or friends. Great value. It would be awesome if they had breakfast included. Clean room. Plenty of parking. Coffee at reception. The best thing is swimming pools - one heated, one cold with sea water, and two (!) hot tubs. There’s also a very decent gym. We were there mid-March and there were very few people using the facilities even though the hotel was mostly occupied during the weekend.
