Location and Pool area were great. Rooms too basic and furnishings too cheap sadly. The rooms were disappointingly basic. The beds were cheap and their bases moved when you sat on them. Pillows were lumpy. Other furnishings in the room were cheap. Disappointing because they have all the basics for a great place. The rooms needed more investment in quality, more attention to detail and more love to make guests more comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and the location was great.

L3 exceeded my expectations. The chaise lounges are rickety and the pool water a little too cold. The property has a peaceful setting with stunning views of the mountains. The staff was exceptionally wonderful.

Wonderful Good place to stay when in Palm Springs. Large, clean rooms. Pool are looked nice although we didn't use it.

Excellent hotel, great value for a modern, tastefully designed room. Was a bit further away from downtown PS than I expected, but that's probably because I didn't checked that upon booking. Rest was great. Nicely decorated, spacious room. Very clean. Hotel has two relatively large pools with enough sun beds. Complimentary tea and coffee and friendly staff.

VERY PLEASANT STAY WITH OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE THE MAIN PROBLEM, AFTER WE CHECKED IN, WE WENT TO THE ROOM, IT HAD A SLIGHT SMELL OF SMOKE/DUSK , ASKED IF THE ROOM WAS SMOKING ROOM (NOT). WE CAME HOME FROM DINNER, WE TURNED ON THE AIR CONDITIONER, TO AN ANOYING SOUND LIKE CRUMBLING CELLOPHANE PAPER. WE COULDN'T SLEEP WITH IT COMING ON AND OFF AND WAS GOING TO ASK FOR A NEW ROOM.
