Palm Springs Oasis Two beautiful pools. Plenty of seating and lounge chairs around the perimeter. Very clean. Exceptional staff.

Better in the afternoon with Linda. We got to Palm Springs a little earlier than we planned so we wanted to check in, but Lois refused to check us in before 4PM. I get that the hotel policy but most of the receptionists are willing to accommodate the guest. We asked her if we could get 2 beds on the first floor and she didn’t even look in the computer, she just said no right away we don’t have rooms with 2 beds on the first floor. Wonderful Vi kom en timme före incheckningstid och ville använda poolen, men vi kunde inte få några poolhanddukar, trist. När vi fått checka in fanns inte handdukarna på rummet, så vi fick hämta dem i receptionen. Undrar varför vi inte hade kunna få dem där en timme tidigare. Dålig service Bra poolområde. Nära till Gastropub

Sadly, would not stay again. The room floors were dirty. The grout in the bathroom needed cleaning. Multiple pools but the heated pool needed more warmth.

Good but could’ve been better! The bathroom is really out dated. Toilets flimsy. Invest in remodeling the bathrooms and I will book here every time we come back to Palm Springs. It was close to many restaurants, casinos, and attractions. Bed was comfortable and clean.
