Very Good The rooms could use a little attention. Slow drains, chipped paint, etc. but I get it for the price. The pillows aren’t great but fine. The pools/hot tub are too cold. Almost nobody swam in the large pool as it was freezing (it was also over 30 degrees Celsius outside) and the other pool still took a lot of getting used to Really great staff! Quick to help with anything and super friendly. Nice pool area and rooms were good. Very chill environment. Parking was super easy and plentiful.

Wonderful
It was adequate, but not sure if I'd recommend to others. My coffee maker didn't work, I asked for replacement and never got it. Coffee available in lobby was wasteful K-cups vs. a larger thermos and no actual half and half. This left me with going to the local coffee shop every morning - not ideal. Pool area was great, just needs a little updating.

we were happy with our choice. Staff was great. I wish the hotel didn't play piped-in music at the pool; the music was distracting and unpleasant for us. Since you can't please everyone no matter what the choice of music, silence is golden. Also, we had trouble navigating the TV channels, and we sure as hell didn't want pay-per-view of a bunch of crappy offerings from the dominant streaming choice. It had a really nice vibe, and we loved being in a relatively quiet place near the pool. Facilities were fine.

Exceptional Both pools were cold, the west hot tub jets worked intermittently. The bathrooms were dated. The bath fixtures didn't work well. No elevator for heavy luggage. The rooms were big, clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable. The staff was outstanding.

Good accommodation but lacking in hospitality There was no compendium to tell me about the hotel facilities, how to operate the tv. The staff weren't particularly friendly. I had trouble with wifi and had to walk an hour to the hotel and they couldn't even offer me a glass of water when I was clearly exhausted. The rooms were clean and well equipped.
