Exceptional I can't say there was anything I really didn't like. Parking was very accommodating as a disabled person the room was wonderful with more amenities than I expected including pool towels robe and two pairs of slippers. It also included bottled shampoo conditioner body wash lotion and hand soap in the large refillable bottles. The bed felt new firm but very comfortable. It was somewhat disappointing for us. The staff was friendly. It wasn’t as clean as it should have been. We picked this place for the “heated” pool which was a falsehood. The pool was really chilly everyday except 1, several guests complained & the pool heater was on that day, only! The office was closed between 11 pm & 7:30 am & every morning several of us were waiting every morning for them to open. It was a good location & the staff were friendly for the most part.

I very much loved the rooms, comfortable and quiet. The hot tub wasn’t very warm Quiet and great location. Very comfortable landing space.

Decent stay for a night No elevator. I found crumbs in my bed 🫤 Very affordable and convenient for our purposes. Updated rooms. Comfortable beds.

Perfect Close to downtown Palm Springs and a 15 minute drive to the airport. Room was modern and clean. Keurig coffee provided in the room and also in the lobby from 7:30a-11p. Great mountain view from our window. Nice restaurant, Billy Reeds, within walking distance. We stayed here at the end of our trip and had made plans to do things around PS. However, the pool area was so nice and the weather was perfect, so we just hung out there all day. A perfect little patio out front to sit and enjoy your morning coffee
