Very Good We had to ask for new towels / room clean two days in a row to get it done. Otherwise it was great all round.

Much nicer than expected, pool & hot tub were beautiful. Will definitely stay there again! I didn't like that we have to ask for the rooms to be cleaned. When I asked for it to be clean, they didn't restock the shampoo, condition, body wash or coffee so I had to ask again. I didn't see the paper in the room that gave the number to the front desk (there are no phones in the rooms) so I kept having to go to the front desk to ask. Good Hotel did not live up to pictures and lacked personality. Things seemed run down by the pool area and the hotel was just basic. Not bad, but not matching the picture vibes. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient. Price was good for the room.

Stay was not bad, not great. But for the price, probably what to expect. Breakfast options left a lot to be desired. One either must buy items from their store/mart or get a free apple. That's ok but charging for a cup of hot water for tea was the worst. Most of the staff were great but a few were quite rude. One in particular at the check in desk told us with a nasty tone "We'll be right with you", then turned away to tell co-workers a story. Really, ... that couldn't wait??
