Amazing service and quality!!! they were so busy and were so fast! store ambiance is amazing too, i got an einspanner and a truffle burrata toast and it was a 10/10. shoutout to the managers Yvonne and Makena for helping me navigate the menu

I had a pleasant experience at this coffee shop that was recommended to me on social media. All thanks to your employee Moi, who proved excellent service. He was very nice, polite, and patient while helping me with my order. Although the drink wasn't sweet enough for my taste, Moi was kind enough to assist me and make sure I was taken care of. His friendly attitude really made the visit enjoyable.
Oh my goodness me! If you haven't stopped in yet what are you waiting for? There seems to always be a bit of a line but it moves at a decent pace. I ordered a matcha tea as well as a lululemon chai. The matcha was really solid and I would get it again, however the chai blew my mind! Flavors of saffron and turmeric were subtle but mingled so well with the chai flavor, this may be my new favorite tea spot!
I love lalaland!! Anytime I'm in the area I stop in here for the best lattes everrr!! The service is always fast even if there's a line, the ambiance is so beautiful I love it. I love the banana cream latte, the French toast latte and their matchas!! Always get cold foam.. pro tip ;) and a croissant !!
30 minute wait in line, 15 minute wait for the drinks. Not my favorite, but it's a given considering how busy The Grove is. I expected the wait so we did some shopping at Brandy Melville then came back. The staff was very accommodating of the mass crowd which is why I give them 5 stars. I got the Banana Cloud Matcha which was great!
Aside from the long touristy line and LONG waiting time for their drinks, I highly recommend trying their banana-matcha latte which is truly unique and tastes amazing. It'd definitely one of the best coffee drinks I've had in LA. The banana taste is subtle but definitely sticks out and compliments the matcha perfectly. I did have to wait about 15-20 mins in line and then 30 mins for the drink BUT it was so good. Just come during weekdays that are slow to avoid this issue. I would come back again!
Such a cute little cafe! Not only is the ambiance nice, but the cups and merch are so cute. The straws have little hearts on their ends, I love! The line wasn't too bad and the service was really good. Caroline was absolutely wonderful. She was sweet and gave us a lot of suggestions and replacements for our needs. We wanted 2% milk and they only had whole and non fat and instead of simply dismissing our preferences, she suggested that we combine both, which ended up tasting good! Loved it, will definitely be back!
Great place! Although busy, baristas worked quickly and served drinks with a smile. Props to curly hair boy on register served face and was VERY courteous and attentive! Definitely recommend!!!
