Stopped by while letting my girls shop around at The Grove - it's in a prime location with lots of foot traffic, so I expected it to be busy, but the wait was really long, even just for a couple of lattes. It seems like they might be understaffed, or the staff on duty are running on fumes. Everyone was polite, but clearly stretched thin. The coffee itself? Solid. Not the best I've ever had, but it hit the spot after walking around in the sun. If you're not in a rush and don't mind waiting, it's a nice place to people-watch... read more

Amazing.! Definitely worth the wait. My latte was so rich and creamy. The matcha delicious and the strawberry splash cooler was so refreshing. Service and ambiance friendly. If you see a long line just order on the app and that will save you time and give you an eta. I will be back soon.

Was okay. I don't know if it was worth the super long line. The cashier didn't want to talk at all, he didn't even ask like what we wanted or how we were he just stared at us until we gave him our order. And when we finished ordering he just looked at us until we went away. I figured because it was late and they were busy. The coffee was okay, maybe i didn't order the right one, but it was late again so maybe it just wasn't as fresh. Strolling around the Grove and the girls wanted a drink. LaLaLand seemed popular with a line of folks waiting to order their drinks. Staff was very polite and served with a big smile on their face! The café was large open and very festive though crowded. Drinks were satisfying and cold. good choice

S/o to the lovely team at The Grove's La La Land Kind Cafe. They made my French Toast Matcha latte with extra loving-kindness. It was the perfect blend of cinnamon, honey, and ceremonial matcha shaken & stirred on a beautiful summer day. Keep serving kindness with every cup.

To LaLa Manager Yvonne and your amazing team, I received a surprise delivery this morning. The address on the receipt was correct, but the order was under another name identical to that of a family member who resides in Texas. The delivery person was extremely kind, patient, and sweet despite having to use the translator app. After a few texts and a phone call, we confirmed the order was for me. Upon first entering you can't help but notice the gorgeous decor. It's so well lit and designed. It's busy typically and that's no reason to not go in. I really enjoyed my drink here and hope to be back soon!
