The atmosphere was amazing. The supervisor Shey was a huge help. I had questions and she answered them thoroughly. I will 100% be coming back to try more drinks!!
The staff was extremely helpful! They answered every question I had and helped me with recommendations. Ask for Elah and Ashley, they will help you without fail. Will be coming back!
First time trying this store, and I went on Monday afternoon. There was no wait at 4:30 pm. The staff was kind in taking my order. Maybe because I've never been here I didn't find it intuitive that the drinks would come out of the side window. It was a bit of a hassle going from inside to outside and back inside to sit down. I got the matcha eispanner and it was fine, just a little expensive for such a small drink.
I really like the staff at this location. Long lines but worth it. Girl with the sharp bob was nice

I've seen this place online and wanted to try it since we were in the area. We waited about 30 minutes in line and they do cut off the line at their closing time. I ordered the hot world's best vanilla latte with matcha. I don't think it was the world's best. It was good but I've had better. The matcha flavor was strong but it was pricey for the size you get. Decided to try La La Land today and I am so glad that I did! The baristas were friendly, my vanilla matcha was delicious and they even gave my dog a yellow bandana! It was the perfect start to my day. I'll definitely be coming back for more good energy and coffee!
Soooo busy. Mobile ordered and it said it will be done at 11:15am. It wasn't done until 11:30am. Got my usual upside down latte. My daughter got the upside down matcha. Hubs got the mango iced tea. Giving them a 3 because if it weren't for the nice person helping me, the rating would be less. FYI - this rating is just for this visit. Other times, non peak, and not hectic times, it's good.
Came in to La La Land this week while holiday shopping at The Grove. The line was a little long, but the store is beautiful and the staff was friendly. We wanted to buy some mugs for gifts, but they only had displays, so the manager gave them to us at a discount, which was really nice!
