Most of the time this place is spot on for your orders and they aren't wildly pricey. Parking sucks and it's best if you can order online and pick up than going in to order. Not a fan of their pastries but their swag that's for sale is cute.
I dont usually do reviews, but this place was AMAZING!!! You may think its overhyped everyone posts about it yadyada, these people are the kindest KINDEST souls ever!!!!!!! I cant speak for the other locations but the manager/owner im not sure the entire team there, smiles on their face amazing vibes just the sweetest people!!!! When la la land first came to Houston I went to the heights locations a few times and loved their coffee. Visiting home now and I believe they have a few locations and decided to drop into this spot for one of their matchas that was recommended to me. Just like I remember their coffee, their match is also amazing! Also love how they have merch to purchase and just the yellow theme they follow and dig into. I have only ordered from here via DoorDash so I can't speak for the service or ambience. However, the lattes I have ordered have been superb. I love the cups they use and the straws are perfect. The amount of customizations when ordering a drink are impressive. I hope to actually make it to their storefront someday.

It was great visiting! We got their truffle and hazelnut toast, I got. seasonal matcha latte and my partner got their mago passion fruit lemonade cooler. We both enjoyed everything we got. It was super busy but they were really efficient with their time and it only took like 10 minutes to get everything. Definitely going back soon
The staff were helpful. The Matcha latte and chia pudding was yummy !. Cute and clean area.

Love love LOVE Lala Land, especially their Banana Cloud Latte, it is quite possibly the best latte I've ever had! The staff is always so sweet and helpful, plus I love the interior with all the merch that they have to offer. I always leave with something on top of my coffee. Everytime I'm in Houston it is a must that I visit!

Ya knowwww. I don't necessarily get the hype. But I also appreciate how early they open, the variety of beverages to choose from, and basically they have options! I visited when they first released the Keith Lee beverage in support of the flood victims. I ordered that match drink annddd it hit! So I eventually downloaded the app! V v convenient and you can gain points towards free ish!. The parking is almost non existent and the street parking doesn't really exist because they have street signs stating you can't park.
