Literally the worker had no idea what flavors of matcha they had. He was clueless and the menu was not there so I ordered whatever matcha he gave me. It was ok though but definitely won't order what I got again, since it wasn't the best tasting. It's located inside the grove and always has a long line because it is cute.

I love the grove La La Land!! The staff is always so friendly and made me feel so welcomed! I got the banana cloud latte and it was INCREDIBLE! The management team is so sweet and made sure all of my items were made correctly! Love this place!!

I came to this location on a Monday night so the lines were a lot more manageable I would say it took me about 15 mins from waiting in line to getting my drink. I ordered the strawberry matcha and really loved my drink!
I came on a Friday night and the place was busy! I ordered Charli's Cookie Butter Cloud Latte and it was so yummy! For $.30 more, I got the medium size but was still a bit surprised because it looked so small. There was a bit of a line ordering but it went by quick due to 2 baristas taking orders. Then it was about another 10 minutes for me to get my drink. I ordered mine with whole milk and matcha. The sweetness level was perfect and I liked the crushed cookie bits that added a little texture to the drink.

We came here due to the massive hype we saw on TikTok. We drove a bit out of the way during our trip to LA but it was worth it. For starters, the aesthetic was nice! I had no idea it would be Disney themed. It's bright inside and they had the window walls open to allow for the natural weather and lighting. Absolutely mid but loved the vibes. And it's a nice location with friendly staff. I wished there was a Philz inside the grove.

I have been to this chain before (in Santa Monica) and I have used to love it a lot. But I should say, I don't really enjoy Grove location. All the drinks take forever to make and sometimes(literally every time I have been there) they are done in a wrong way. I understand that the spot is busy and all, but for $8 drink I should at least get what I am paying for.
