Lives up to the hype. The food was delicious! Service was excellent and staff was super friendly! The ambiance was relaxing. Can't wait to go back!

Food's delicious and ordering is fairly fast depending on the line. Atmosphere is really cute if you avoid influencers trying to take aesthetic photos outside the cafe. Good drinks and avocado toast that is GOOD but definitely not $14 worth. Would come back!

Actually had such a great time here! I know it can get very crazy here on the weekends but I went during the week and it was nice and quiet. The coffee and matcha here are both very quality. The added bonus is the aesthetic of the interior of the coffee shop and they have a lot of outdoor seating. It was my first time here and we asked them what they recommend and they shared with us their favorite orders. Everyone was extremely nice! la la land in the grove has a very cute and bright aesthetic. i got the strawberry matcha and avocado toast with burrata and both were alright. taste exactly like i thought -- nothing super special. i feel like i could have made both at home, but it did its job to satisfy my hunger before shopping.

Recently Disappointed I remember coming on the grand opening of this place and excited to go because I had heard so many good things about it on television and how their employees are orphans. I waited in line for a long time but it was worth it, the compliments given to me (which apparently is part of the experience here), and the coffee was great. we asked the barista taking our order some drink questions and they answered in a rude tone (very kind cafe...) prices are average compared to others in la and oc, and the drink was out very quickly! drink was tasty and great matcha flavor. quite a long line on the weekends so look for any open tables when you can! cute decor, but customer service will always come first for me.
Amazing coffee, needs to fix the AC though. It's SO hot in there but the service was phenomenal and the AC cooled me down
Great drinks but very hot in the store. I was hoping for an escape from the heat but there was unfortunately no AC. Service was friendly and kind!

Aesthetically pleased but I ALWAYS care more about how the drink tastes. If you're a true matcha fan, you can tell the second that you look at this matcha (see photo) that it's too pale, and once the color is off you know the matcha is just going to taste like milk. Lo and behold just tasted like milk. I will say their milk tasted like good quality BUT it's likely because heavy cream just tastes good (it made my tummy hurt a little because of how cream forward it was).
