The burrata toast variations are generally pretty good! I tried a whole different bunch of versions. I also enjoyed the iced matcha latte! My first favorite is the truffle oil avocado toast with burrata. My next favorite is the regular avocado toast with sliced hard boiled eggs on top with chili flakes, my least favorite was the chili burrata avocado toast. As an enjoyer of pour overs and black coffee, this isn't the type of place I'd normally seek out. However, in need of a coffee and place to chill at the grove, we landed here and it didn't disappoint! The drinks lean on the sweet and colorful side, which it definitely delivers on! Tasted very watery compared to the first time. Probably had an off day, but definitely have to go back and try other drinks. Service is great, they know how to manage the line in an efficient manner. Difficult to sit down and relax due to limited seating, but experience overall is 7/10.
Cute big store in The Grove shopping plaza. The decor is minimalist, white, bright and airy. Big sofa to sit down and relax and a few stools /counter tops around the perimeter. La la land located in the grove in Culver City a little European French vibe decor. Staff is awesome almost closing time so they still tended to my wife and I. We got two drinks and they were semi busy for week night. They serve mini bite food from what I saw on menu. They sell merchandise for home and gifts. Parking lot available in structure. Will come back for more when in the area.
I stopped here to work for a couple hours and met at a friend. The place is set up very nicely, there was some nice French music playing not too loudly which was nice to chat with my friend. Parking can be a little challenging but was easily found on the streets. The la la latte was amazing I would order that again. The pastries are deliciously sweet. The service was on spot and they followed up. I will be back.
The place is located at the mall: The Grove LA. If you park in the garage, you do have to get a parking ticket. The shop has some seating areas, but no tables inside to sit and chat. It also gets packed and loud inside, so not the best place to chat. There was quite a long line when we went on a weekend, but the line went by fairly quick. The ambiance was so fun and service was great. I very much enjoyed the honey vanilla latte.
This is my first Yelp, and I felt like I had to with how great a team member was. We went Saturday morning and an employee Zion made our day. He was bussing outside and his knowledge, and passion was one of a kind. He explained the whole menu and broke down how each drink we asked was made in detail. He was attentive to service and kindness. La La Land is very lucky to have such a great person who is truly passionate and cares about his job.
