Recently Disappointed I remember coming on the grand opening of this place and excited to go because I had heard so many good things about it on television and how their employees are orphans. we asked the barista taking our order some drink questions and they answered in a rude tone (very kind cafe...) prices are average compared to others in la and oc, and the drink was out very quickly! drink was tasty and great matcha flavor. quite a long line on the weekends so look for any open tables when you can! cute decor, but customer service will always come first for me.

Aesthetically pleased but I ALWAYS care more about how the drink tastes. If you're a true matcha fan, you can tell the second that you look at this matcha (see photo) that it's too pale, and once the color is off you know the matcha is just going to taste like milk. Lo and behold just tasted like milk. I will say their milk tasted like good quality BUT it's likely because heavy cream just tastes good (it made my tummy hurt a little because of how cream forward it was). I LOVED La La land!! I just started drinking matcha so I'm new to it. The cream they put on top was so creamy and tasty. Not only was the matcha amazing the place was so cute. The cups were so nice I loved the color and the cute heart straws. The seating and the vibe was unlike any other cafe I had seen. The service was great the ladies working the register answered all my questions. Can't wait to return!!

Amazing drinks , amazing staff , very nice everything overall except 1 thing, it's really really hot in there ALL the time , I've been here a few times and it's always a issue , the costumers and staff are so uncomfortable with the heat it sucks, they really need to do something about it , not sure if they don't have AC or if it's broken but a number 1 problem they have to fix , so for that I giving 4 stars.

I finally got the chance to visit the café. I ordered an iced upside-down latte with almond milk. I wish it had been colder because the coffee felt like it was room temperature, which was the only downside of my drink. The service was great and the lady was very nice to me. However, the lines to order were long, and people seemed confused about which cashier to approach. It would be helpful if the employees informed customers that there are two cashiers available. On a positive note, the café is really pretty.

Originally ordered the iced French toast latte but it was too sweet for me. I asked the barista if they could make me a less sweet option and she gave me an iced latte with cinnamon powder. I prefer the location on 3rd street but she was very nice to give me a new drink. Love la la land!!
