I was so excited to try this place out. I paid 8.05$ for basically a cup of ice. I ordered a large iced vanilla latte with oat milk. The drink did not taste like vanilla and was all ice. The place is beautiful and the coffee comes in a nice cup.
I tried this cafe for the first time today. I specifically triple-checked with the cashier to ensure my drink would not contain dairy. The drink I wanted had a cream that could be either coconut or dairy. I'm allergic to both, so I requested it to be left off. However, when I received my drink, I noticed cream being added on top. I was super excited to learn there was a La La Land near me as I am a huge fan! Honestly I had extremely high expectations as the location on 3rd street in Los Angeles always has great customer service! To begin with, not one employee said " Hello " or " welcome " as I walked in so I was a little confused. I understand this is a small gesture but when the whole ideology of your company is to be kind?
