Ok the lattes are amazing.... But is it worth the hype??? Not sure but what I am sure about is ... the girl that serves the drinks at the station always wear a tube top and while she's dishing out your drinks she keeps sticking her hands / fingers in her top to pull it up - ew. I'd complain to a manager but I don't care I'll go somewhere else for a trendy latte there's a ton

This place is insanely popular so maybe I'm the anomaly. Waited in line 20 mins but got my drink within a few mins. Ordered an iced La La Latte with espresso and coconut milk and opted for the non-dairy foam. The smaller size was about $8. It was ridiculously sweet to the point that I couldn't taste the coffee at all. Couldn't even finish half of it before getting a headache. The coconut milk or maybe the foam had a weird plasticy taste. The staff was very friendly and calm despite the fact that they were definitely very bus... read more

Back yet again with even more regarding here. Here we/they go with it/their one/only bathroom also being out of order, now. Have no whatsoever clue as to what's is and/or Barnes & Noble played a factor in it. Since both of men/women's bathrooms were out of order yet again, this past wk. Chai/Matcha/s is/are definitely more on the watery side of things/s. Especially, with pumpkin spice with it/their La La is/are cold one/s. Understandable, but still like with hot option. At same time Matcha isn't good with espresso/cap... read more

Um, no. Just no. Not ever again. Tried a straight up cup of coffee - no foo foo BS. It was awful. Weak, burned, tasted foul. I've had better from a gas station or Dennys. At $4 for a cup of drip you can do much better anywhere else.

Absolutely terrible service. Didnt take long. My wife and I were looking to grab two late night lattes with two pastries after having a date night dinner. We walked in around 6pm. The place was not to busy. We waited behind a young couple in line. The register girl was really chatty with the people in front of us. We waited atleast 5-7 minutes for nothing to happen. We looked up toward the other free register and we noticed at least four employees just goofing around and just chatting with eachother. After 10 minutes waitin... read more

this place is not inclusive for dietary restrictions. They put butter on all of their avocado toast and do not list it in the ingredient list. This caused me and my friend to both be super sick because we are lactose intolerant when I let the employee know, she said well it's not that much butter, it doesn't really matter how much when you're intolerant of something any percentage is upsetting. I had their coffee and Matcha as well. Both were really well flavored but it was mostly milk and sugar. I'd recommend sticking with ... read more

I was so excited to try this place out. I paid 8.05$ for basically a cup of ice. I ordered a large iced vanilla latte with oat milk. The drink did not taste like vanilla and was all ice. The place is beautiful and the coffee comes in a nice cup.

I tried this cafe for the first time today. I specifically triple-checked with the cashier to ensure my drink would not contain dairy. The drink I wanted had a cream that could be either coconut or dairy. I'm allergic to both, so I requested it to be left off. However, when I received my drink, I noticed cream being added on top. At first I thought the cream that was added was coconut. So I asked if it was coconut cream that she added and she said it wasn't. She then confirmed that the cream was indeed dairy and initially ... read more

I was super excited to learn there was a La La Land near me as I am a huge fan! Honestly I had extremely high expectations as the location on 3rd street in Los Angeles always has great customer service! To begin with, not one employee said " Hello " or " welcome " as I walked in so I was a little confused. I understand this is a small gesture but when the whole ideology of your company is to be kind? Didn't feel that atmosphere here ): I got a La La Pumpkin Spice Latte, I did enjoy my coffee but i've had better pumpkin spice... read more
