The location is good and the atmosphere is really nice. But, unfortunately, The ladies, who are working in this branch, they are so so unprofessional, rude, and not and very unhelpful.

Almond croissant bomb af 8/10 Got food poisoning from the tuna press panini (Joe and the juice wayyyyy better) 2/10 Latte mid 5/10 Matcha pretty good 6.5/10 Honey cake is different (interesting to try) and mildly sweet with tartness from the jam 7.5/10

Worst coffee shop experience I've ever had. Called the "kind" cafe but the employees were nothing but rude and had absolutely no sense of urgency. Waited in line for over 35 mins just to order a simple cup of coffee and latte my wife wanted to try. I could understand if they were understaffed but they weren't, and were only using one register when they could have opened another one but they seemed more concerned with taking pictures of one another or playing on their phone even with over 30 people in line. Visit 11/21/23 Service was TERRIBLE. There where about 10 people standing around chatting, but no one bothered to acknowledge my co worker and I as we stand waiting for someone to take our order. Finally after waiting for about 5 minutes someone took our order. Not sure why the hype for this place, we were not informed that our to go order needed to picked up outside. Ambiance is beautiful, but service was terrible. My friend and I went on a weekday about 1pm. There were maybe 7 people behind the counter just chit chatting and laughing, and I even saw one girl dancing, and only one person on the register and making drinks. Mind you, there was only two people in line, so all those people behind the counter were not needed. With all of these employees working youd think it wouldn't take 45 minutes and counting (still waiting for my food) to make a sandwich. My friend and I were stood at one of the two counters for a solid 10 minutes while the person at the other counter took orders and ignored us until we stopped someone and asked for them to take our order. I hope this food is good. If it ever comes.
