Placed an order online to have it delivered and they forgot the drink. When I called to ask for a replacement they admitted that they forgot to put the drink in the bag along with the other items I had ordered. Don't order from this location. They offered no real solution only suggested I request a refund through the delivery app. So I had to place another order and pay the service and delivery fees TWICE just to get my coffee.
I came for a second time here today with a friend where we wanted to try out the new Secret Menu (though given its print out menu, it's not exactly secret). Banana crème matcha latte 1.5/5, my friend and I shared this. The banana crème top is nice but not only is the matcha incredibly light in this, to the point where it tastes incredibly minimally of matcha, the banana is a highly sweet artificial banana flavor. I would not recommend this.
La la land kind cafe ? i feel like they pick and choose who to be kind too, they see two non white people (me and my boyfriend) & they didn't even feel up my cup they left it half way filled up, didn't want to bring it up to the employees bc i don't like confrontation. Anyways to top it off, I told the girl how my name is spelled and they just typed whatever find that disrespectful.
In the current climate with many businesses closing down, I would think it would be of upmost importance to train the staff in excellent customer service or employ the crème de la crème to promote La La Land Kind Cafe. I mean Kind is in the title no? I went this morning and was left baffled by the rude service. Nice little spot coffee matcha and food were delicious however the guy at the register was so rude
I loved this place when it first opened. The French music, the clean atmosphere was amazing. Now a year later the chairs and tables are broken, and they blast pop-music to the maximum. I loved the original European classic touch it had with the sidewalk seating. Now it's just obnoxious
Drinks are so good but a bit pricey. The ambiance is beautiful! The service is horrible though--or at least who I interacted with. I was dismissed, had to repeat myself, and the worked rolled their eyes at me when I asked for them to pass me my order because it was a little out of reach. So sad, this was supposed to be a cute lunch break.
I hate to rate so low but the service at this location has decreased drastically. 3 time dealing with this awful service. Many times before it was not this way. Waiting 20-25 for a cup of coffee is diabolical. I had to go up to the counter 3 times looking for my drink. Seems as if the people working here only run drinks to every other table and not all. It was my very first time going here big exceptions & the experience was very weird and uncomfortable. The barista seemed rude/bothered I was waiting to order & she ignored me looked at me once saying nothing until I acknowledged her first.
