I am sorry to post this updated review, but I would want people to be straight up and honest with me if I were to read their reviews. So here is an update! I have since gone back to La La Land Cafe several times since my very first post about them. Sadly to say every time I ordered, something was wrong with the order. I am dairy & gluten free, and a couple of times my drink had actually milk in it. The employees are incredibly rude and disrespectful. I will never, ever come back again. Stay away if you don't want the employees to humiliate you.
coffee and service were great but no AC so it got really hot while waiting in line :( pls do something for the good of your patrons and workers
Really good matcha but hot inside but needs air conditioning, I was really uncomfy So hot
I don't even know where to start. I had high expectations for this place, I wanted to love it but I was crushed. First upon arrival, i was not greeted and instantly felt discriminated. The young lady at the register, looked at my sister and I up and down as soon as we walked it. Been here a handful of times now. Very cute setting. Feels like a place you find in Japan. I'm not a fan of the service. Despite the smiles... they always forget to bring a napkin when delivering food. I hate that I have to ask for basic things here. It happens a lot. Agree with a review about no sense of urgency in any way. Very over priced for what it is. Yet I still come now again for coffee and avocado toast. Non are amazing. It's more the setting.
I thought it was weird that my sister and I had to walk outside to pick up our drinks when we were inside. We saw other customers picking up their drinks inside. Some customers were getting their drinks personally handed to. We felt extremely excluded. Because even my little brother, picked up his cookie outside. given that this place represents "love, and acceptance", we felt very excluded. This place is weird.
Ridiculous..... I miss Who's on Third Cafe? Simple Latte ( even though Sarah Jessica Parker never loved their coffee. But amazing food and cool crowd
