The front staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaints is that your pool was closed sadly which was one of the reasons we chose your hotel, your vending machines were empty in all floors and the front room food area was as well, and the breakfast was placed in bags but with COVID that’s understandable.

It was fair for the price
The hotel is beautiful! The room was spacious and clean. Only thing that was really upsetting is paying extra for the pool and its closed for maintenance. When traveling with kids this feature makes a world of difference. Also a fire alarm started going off at midnight. I understand accidents happen and this is not the hotels fault. But would have
great service with the young blonde lady working. she made my day checking in late at night.
The surrounding area of the hotel was fine. There was plenty of places to shop and eat at within minutes down the road. I am not someone who cares so much about wearing masks, but there are signs that say masks are required and none of the employees were wearing them. We had gotten the room we paid for, but we didn’t have a do not disturb sign even after asking for one. There were a lot of stains on the couch, curtains, and floor. I also found a chewed up straw laying on the floor.

Liked it all except for the breakfast tha has been Mia since the China Virus being used to control us. Remove the mask mandate and bring breakfast back. Very simple to do just depends on if you like Joe holding you down while he demands you feel his leg hairs. Are you a mouse or a Man?
