It didn’t have enough staff and there was a line to check in and out. Front desk lady was nice but she had to be doing like three different jobs, attending people who needed towels and others buying snacks, etc.

Not enough restaurants within walking distance. The front desk failed to let us know that the stay included breakfast. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Only thing that does not sit right with me is how the front desk person was. Name was Naomi, she’s very rude. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and both experiences, she was extremely rude and had an attitude for no reason. If Naomi does not like her job, she shouldn’t come into work. Love this hotel otherwise, 5 stars!

The room was very spacious and comfortable.We truly enjoyed the stay. The only problem was that the elevator button on the north end of the building (staying on the 3rd floor) didn’t work for the down. So we opted to hit the up button to get the elevator to the floor. Other then that the stay was wonderful.
