Won't book here again Deceived by online pictures. Dirty, noisy, over priced for what we got

Dirty and run down The first thing I noticed after walking in the room was the dirty black sock left from the prior visitor under the table. The shower drain was clogged and I had to have the maintenance man come in to unclog it. There were leftover hairs on the floor in the bathroom and the baseboards looked filthy. This hotel is rundown with chipped tiles and furniture. I have stayed in a La Quinta before and have not seen one this bad. They have really gone down hill. Location so close to airport.

Very Good Got a smoking room as they had run out on non smoking room. The smoke smell in the carpet was unbearable. Front desk and shuttle staff were first class
Fair Room smelled of smoke. The air conditioning made a grinding sound that made it almost impossible to sleep. Needed to use my earbuds and soft music, even then I could still hear it. The plug I used to plug in my charger was grimy. For the most part the room was clean. The location is great for the airport and you can leave your car there while you’re gone for free

So so. I repeatedly ask for a room not on the noisy highway and am told I have to check in at 3 in the afternoon for that. But I only use this facility when I am arriving on a late flight. This is an airport motel! Communications should be better
