Poor The room was very dirty, smelling bad, I didn't know it was a pet friendly hotel, our room had a lot of fur. Not a good value for the price. Breakfast was less than continental. It's BAD

Fair The road traffic . It appeared as though the cars were driving at the end of our bed. I actually got up to see if the door was closed completely. Noisy all night... didn’t sleep at all. Terrible value and I would never stay there again. It needs a better door and windows to keep the noise out. Close to the airport
overnight stay fine. Anything longer Botta Bad! We just needed a bed and a place close to the airport. Wouldnt recommend for a longer stay. Breakfast was below basic! We needed to sleep before traveling home. We landed in Albuquerque after a 22 hour 3 planes trip.

Horrible The room smelled of urine. The queen size beds were not queen they were full size and hard! The restroom are way to small! Nothing!

I have stayed at hotels that were less and expensive that actually provided good customer service. I received awake cal at 4:30 am trhat I did no request— interrupted my sleep. I again received a call 10 minutes later for A cat that I did not request. The person who checked me in was not friendly and didn’t give me instructions for a hotel amenities, or breakfast would be served, and I have a hard time figuring out how to get to my room because her exclamation I swear very short and incomplete. Location
Disappointed at the airport Toad noise. Lack of insulation in walls and windows. Lack of plush feel. Unhealthy breakfast choices.
