Awful The bathtub creaked, there’s water trapped under the floor. They supply no conditioner, the outlet and light switch covers falling off. Lock on bathroom door missing. I probably would have been better staying at a motel 6

Not going back It was under construction and closed the Pool without previous notice, it’s my first need because of the kids. When I asked the front desk about reopening of the Pool the receptionist was rude and said she didn’t know. I also asked a non smoking room and the room did smell like smoke, The room was clean, breakfast ok and the location great.

Don’t waste your money here When we checked into our room about 2 o’clock we went Into a dirty room! There were wet towels on the bed and bathroom floor. So we had to wait in the hall for 30 minutes while they sent someone up to clean the room. Then My kids were miserable the one night we were there due to no air conditioner and it was 91 degrees in the room. When I called to complain about it they said there wasn’t anything that they could do about it till the maintenance man arrived at 5 am. That was a lie because when we ... read more

Poor Door didn’t lock, slow drain in shower(gross), breakfast was not stocked, room curtains didn’t close to get adequate privacy.

Sleepless in Albuquerque with no rest before a tiresome day of travel. All the noise from Gibson, there was no early morning shuttle service to the airport for our early international flight time and check in times, the pool was closed due to staff inability to open/unlock pool area - staff said they “didn’t have a key to open the pool back up after an earlier storm.”, and when I made a wake up call request for 3:30am the staff called the room at 3:00am. Overall it was poor attention to detail. Located close to the airport.

Okay The room was not clean, the drains backed up, and there were no towels. when we asked for towels they gave us 10 hand towels.... the location was excellent. I did not have pets, but clearly pet friendly. After the initial night, they cleaned the room properly. They said they would comp our room for the first night, I have not received that on my statement yet.

I think i will go back to my old hotel. The toilet water level was to high. I could not sit on the toilet without getting all wet. That was pretty disgusting. I had to shower immediately after Breakfast was nice.

Good Rms need upgrade all motels now days paint peeling doors have holes door jam busted or paint peeling, stain tubs. Location
