Excellent location and friendly vibe, a decent space to rest in between activities. As expected for New York, the rooms are small, but adequate. Everything could do with a fresh coat of paint and upgraded fixtures. It did appear as though some upgrading and construction was happening on some floors, but this led to dirt and grit on the carpet upstairs.
