Tiny, but pleasant and manageable. The room was microscopic. We physically couldn't fit two carry on size suitcases on the floor open. That took up the entire space, and we had to close them or jump over them to get to the bathroom. The closet was barely large enough for a suit, dress, and a couple shirts. It couldn't have been much more than a foot wide. The window was very very dirty, no view of the street below or the brick next door let alone the park down the street. The staff's positive, can do attitude together with the location made for an excellent stay. The decor was in serious need of refreshing but the staff, both front of house and housekeeping, more than compensated for the shortcomings of the paintwork. The staff were brilliant, professional, friendly, and always on site, ready to deal with any problem. The beds were comfortable and all linen clean and fresh. The location, a stone's throw from Central Park and the facilities on Columbus, Amsterdam, and Broadway, was excellent.

Staff great, location great great very clean x i think the décor is a little tired, the hall carpets could do with being replaced they are clean but very warn and damaged. Having breakfast included was nice and unusual for USA a welcome addition, the staff are very very good and look after the guests, very friendly. a pleasure to return each day as staff were lovely.
