Very Good the family room was too small... the worst part of which was the AC vent that blew onto the single bed directly with no way of moving up or down. And if we increased the temp or switched off the AC then the double bed side got really hot. Steve at the front desk was very Kind , Helpful, Attentive. in stark contrast to the Latino /Hispanic lady who was at the front desk on our first day as we arrived early before the check in time of 3pm, Breakfast was included which gave a good start to the day.

Consigliato Stanza un po’ piccola, ma tutto sommato ok. Ottima la posizione, vicinissima a central park e alla fermata della metro 72 st. Personale gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Buona la colazione, abbastanza varia sia dolce che salata.

Pleasant They charged me 21 USD extra. Called twice to have the excess refunded to original form of payment. It's been 2 weeks. Still waiting on the refund of the extra charge.

Good It was extremely small and cramped. The bathroom was so small you could barely get dressed there. The pillows were so old and broken down I asked for more. I received two more and received them. I still asked for an additional two pillows and never received them. Breakfast was served on the first floor in the mornings but the room was small and over heated. The location was great. It was right in the middle of everything and close to the subway.
