Small but doable room for one person in a great location. Affordable. Airconditioner was noisy. Wifi would kick you off all the time, so ended up using roaming without realizing it. Affordable in a great location.

Perfect as a base for our short stay. No blind in the bathroom - had privacy screening but didn't feel this was adequate at night when taking a shower/going to the loo. Poor wifi signal in room on 5th floor. Perfect location for visiting the city. Subway station just around the corner. Central Park at the end of the street. Nice quiet location, air conditioned room. Good breakfast selection. Comfy bed. Friendly staff very welcoming. Toiletries were a bonus.
