Hospedagem satisfatoria, localização ideal. Na época em que ficamos lá nosso quarto estava com problemas e não tivemos chaves de acesso tendo que solicitar para abrirem a porta toda vez que chegávamos. O elevador é bem pequeno. O ar condicionado, por ser antigo fazia barulho de goteira e era um pouco barulhento. TV antiga. Gostamos muito do atendimento no geral, desde recepção até todos da limpeza. A cama era bem espaçosa e o banheiro satisfatório.
Nice small quaint room in NY The price is kinda outrageous for what you get Staff was very nice and accomodating
Pleasant Room is too tight, you can not even open your luggage, otherwise there's no space for you to walk inside your room. Staff are not friendly at all. Be careful when they clean or replace towels while you're away, they will leave your room open when they finish, don't leave valuables. Location is very convenient, across Central Park and very near the subway station.

Enjoyed our stay in New York. The room and bathroom were small and only one small elevator. Did see a cockroach in the room. We were only in our room to sleep and the hotel added to the whole New York experience. The location was great. Short walk to Central Park and other attractions. Located on the upper west side. Close to lots of restaurants.

very nice location, easy to get to places, clean and friendly. the rooms were a bit small. not every much space but for the price it was understandable. location was great, clean,and well kept
