Pleasant The heat was on all night and we could not lower it. That made it a bit uncomfortable. Location was very good for our needs

Excellent lodging Broken Elevator Proximity to Central Park
Doable It was cold at the hotel even with the heater on at night. I think they turned it up in the middle kf the night because it became even hotter when we woke up lol. The elevator was broke so we had to walk up to 11 floor and the steps are steep so it really was a work out. When it did work, i realized theres only one elevator so it take some time to finally come to your level . The night we got there the light in the bathroom worked but the morning of it didn't work.
